CDT today announced that it will release fourth quarter and 2005 year-end results for the periods ended December 31, 2005 on Monday, March 13, 2006.

Management will hold a conference call on March 9, at 12:00 a.m. ET to review the company's results for the period ended December 31, 2005. The call can be accessed via the Internet live or as a replay. Investors may access the webcast through www.earnings.com.
