LARGE FORMAT INKJET PRINTERS SHIPPED TO MAJOR ASIAN DISPLAY MAKER 
 
CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom, 19th May 2005 - Cambridge Display Technology (CDT) [Nasdaq: OLED] is pleased to announce the shipment this week by Litrex Corporation of the second of two M-Series™ large format inkjet printers to a major Asian display maker. Litrex Corporation is a company in which CDT owns 50%. The M-Series™ printers can be used to print displays using polymer light emitting diode (P-OLED) technology; a technology in which CDT leads the world. The printers can also be used to deposit such materials as nano-metals.
